You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We collect birth date, birth location, and other astrological data you provide to deliver the Service. This data is used solely to generate your astrological profile and personalized content. We will never sell your personal data to third parties.
Certain features of Astrolical, including the AIstrologer, use artificial intelligence to generate astrological interpretations. These interpretations are algorithmically generated and should be treated as entertainment. They do not reflect the opinions or endorsements of Astrolical or its team.
Astrolical may offer premium features through paid subscriptions. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies will be presented at the time of purchase. Free features may be modified or limited at any time.
All content, designs, algorithms, and code within Astrolical are the intellectual property of Astrolical and its creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Astrolical is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astrolical shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on astrological content.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
